Organizational Structure

Interfield serves its clients through six (6) Strategic Business Units, each of which operates independently from the others. All of the business units share the same site facility, administrative personnel and general procedures.

    • Architectural Design;
    • Civil/Infrastructure Engineering;
    • Structural Engineering;
    • MEP Engineering;
    • Platting and Land Planning; and
    • Inspections and Forensic Engineering.

The Architectural Design Unit provides building and site facilities design services that integrate multiple-discipline engineering services in civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering.

The Civil/Infrastructure Engineering Unit provides civil site engineering design solutions for commercial, residential and industrial buildings and facilities.

The Structural Engineering Unit is a leading provider of industrial leading structural engineering for single-family houses, town-homes, and multifamily projects.

The MEP Engineering Unit provides Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing support to the Architectural Design Unit.

The Platting and Land Planning Unit provides various services including platting, re-platting, variances’ submittals, and public hearings.

The Inspections and Forensic Engineering Unit provides observation and evaluation services for residential, commercial and industrial facilities. The observation and evaluation are generally performed for new projects, but also extend to existing facilities that experience structural, operational or cosmetic distress damage. Experienced professionals conduct evaluation of probable causes of distress, assess risk of further damage, and make recommendations for remedial measures with corresponding design and construction details.
