Prepare Routine Correspondence:
- Convert written notes into meeting notes typed per company standards and forward to the appropriate parties.
- Update the team project schedule prior to bi-weekly team meetings
- File received documents and notify the Project Manager via email.
- Organize meetings for team members
- When requesting a meeting, requesting party must provide Coordinator with the meeting details (i.e. attendees, tentative time and place, and purpose) via email.
- Maintain team work schedule as approved by Principal.
- Manage phone messages received when a team member is not at his/her workstation.
- Complete online TDLR registration and Proof of Submission (training will be provided)
