Prepare Routine Correspondence:

  1. Convert written notes into meeting notes typed per company standards and forward to the appropriate parties.


  1. Update the team project schedule prior to bi-weekly team meetings


  1. File received documents and notify the Project Manager via email.


  1. Organize meetings for team members


  1. When requesting a meeting, requesting party must provide Coordinator with the meeting details (i.e. attendees, tentative time and place, and purpose) via email.


  1. Maintain team work schedule as approved by Principal.


  1. Manage phone messages received when a team member is not at his/her workstation.


  1. Complete online TDLR registration and Proof of Submission (training will be provided)
