Interfield's extensive in-house expertise includes residential, commercial, retail and light industrial projects; medical, institutional and government facilities; water treatment; electrical and mechanical design services; roads and bridges; hydraulic studies; drainage and flood control; and mitigation projects.

Consulting

Interfield offers consultation services that include project feasibility, site analysis, project conceptualization, facility evaluation, and construction verification and certification.

These services are offered directly to Clients to assist them in their project planning processes, or in the form of third-party evaluations.

 

 

Engineering and Architectural Design

Interfield provides integrated architectural and multi-discipline engineering services, and today is considered one of the Houston’s leading providers of civil and structural engineering in the real estate market.

We design all types of public and private buildings (residential, commercial, medical, industrial, etc.) and site facilities (infrastructure).

Our services include delivery of engineering and architectural solutions to typical as well as challenging project requirements, conditions and constraints. The integration of professional services under one roof avails Client of significant advantages in the form of coordinated, competent and time-sensitive solutions.

 

 

Project Management

Interfield offers services on a stand-alone basis to assist Clients in managing the entire sequence, including architectural and engineering design, documentation and permitting process.

Working closely with the Client and his professional team members, Interfield will conduct a value engineering program to identify and evaluate alternate materials, methods and systems, so as to optimize project value.

 

 

Construction Management

In this phase of the project development, Interfield offers services intended to effectively control the construction process and Client’s outlays during this process.

Interfield will assist Client in qualifying bidders, streamlining data exchange between bidders and design team, analyzing received bids, and working with Client to identify successful bidder(s). Interfield will assist Client in contract negotiations and in working with successful bidder in identifying alternate/means and methods to enhance project value and reduce costs.

During construction, Interfield will work with contractor to generate and monitor project time and values schedule and evaluate and approve payments requests. Our team will also streamline contractor-proposed materials and methods and submittals for review by Client and design team. Interfield will assist and advise Client on final project acceptance and commissioning.

 

 

Procurement

Interfield will assist in the procurement of material and equipment that are Client-supplied, including those that are part of the building systems, or furnishing and furniture. Long–lead items will be identified and procured within the schedule framework of the project, so as to ensure against construction delays or interruptions.

A successful procurement effort will inherently involve the comparative analysis of cost and quality, as well as availability and delivery.

Procurement services may be rendered as part of the Interfield’s overall project scope, or on stand-alone basis.
