COCO WALK RETAIL CENTER, Coconut Grove, Florida
Owner: Friedman Development
Project Description: 200,000 square foot “high-end” retail center including multi-level retail, restaurants, and entertainment and parking facilities. Recipient of 1991 AIA Award for Architectural Innovation.

HOMESTEAD CITY CENTER, Homestead, Florida
Owner: City of Homestead, Florida
Project Description: 800,000 square foot multi-use complex incorporating office, retail and entertainment facilities with a new city hall for hurricane-damaged community.

Project Description: 24-screen, 250,000 square foot Movie Theater with adjacent retail and restaurant center.

Project Description: Development of proto-type design for national drug-store chain, and designs retrofitted to existing stores in addition to new buildings.
