Most project tasks are performed by technical personnel in the applicable Strategic Business Unit. However, some projects require the active participation of technical personnel of several business units. Depending on Market Sector, scope of services, size of contracted project, and the dominant discipline(s), Interfield will assign a project director (only for major projects), a project manager, and the required technical resources from all units to ensure successful delivery.
